- The Astronomer reserves the right to issue a revised Invoice should any scope of work be modified by mutual written agreement between the parties.
- All observational data, spectroscopic reports, and documentary scripts delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Astronomer unless explicitly transferred in a separate licensing agreement.
- Any late payment on this Invoice shall attract interest at 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the GST laws in force in India Mumbai.
