Invoice Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Astronomer Scientific Solutions & Consulting, a registered entity operating within Iran Tehran, in accordance with the commercial regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. All services described in this Invoice are to be rendered at the designated Iran Tehran locations specified above unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Iranian commercial law.
- All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in Iranian Rials (IRR). Astronomer reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant currency fluctuation affecting service delivery in Iran Tehran.
- The Astronomer Spectral Analysis Suite license is non-transferable and restricted to use within the premises of the client in Iran Tehran. Unauthorized distribution will void the warranty and result in immediate termination of service.
- Astronomer guarantees all calibration and maintenance work for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of completion. Any defects arising within this period in the Iran Tehran service area will be remedied at no additional cost.
- This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between Astronomer and the client. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran, Iran Tehran, under the jurisdiction of the Tehran Arbitration Center.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Iran Tehran region, may extend delivery timelines by a mutually agreed period.
