Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by Dr. Khalid Al-Rashid, a licensed Astronomer operating under the regulations of the Iraqi Ministry of Science & Technology, and is valid for payment within 15 calendar days from the date of issue.
- All astronomical data, reports, and deliverables referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Astronomer until full payment is received by the client in Iraq Baghdad.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Astronomer's designated account at the Central Bank of Iraq, Baghdad branch. Reference the Invoice number IQ-BGD-AST-2025-0047 on all remittances.
- Any disputes arising from the services described in this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Baghdad, Iraq, in accordance with Iraqi commercial law.
- The Astronomer reserves the right to withhold further services or advisory support until all outstanding balances on this Invoice are settled in full.
- Weather-related cancellations of field observation sessions in Iraq Baghdad will be rescheduled at no additional cost, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
