Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Astronomer in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 28 February 2025 between Dr. Miriam Levi (Astronomer) and the Jerusalem Heritage & Science Foundation, both parties residing in Israel Jerusalem.
- Payment of the full amount stated on this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in compliance with the Israeli Late Payment Law (5761-2001).
- All astronomical data, photographs, and technical reports delivered under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Astronomer unless otherwise stated in the original contract. The Foundation is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license for educational and public-display use within Israel Jerusalem and internationally.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel, in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of services rendered by the Astronomer for the period specified. No additional charges will be applied beyond the amounts listed herein.
- The Astronomer confirms that all services were performed in full compliance with the regulations of the Israel Ministry of Science and Technology and the local municipal permits for public astronomical events in Jerusalem.
