Notes and Terms
This Invoice is issued by Astronomer S.r.l., a limited liability company registered in the Milan Chamber of Commerce (Camera di Commercio di Milano), Italy, in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile) and the provisions of Legislative Decree 52/2012 regarding electronic invoicing obligations.
All services described in this Invoice were performed at or for the benefit of the client's operational site in Italy Milan. Astronomer S.r.l. confirms that all personnel assigned to this engagement are properly registered with the Italian INPS and INAIL social security systems, and all applicable labor regulations for the Lombardy region have been observed.
The Astronomer platform and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Astronomer S.r.l. The client is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Astronomer software solely for internal business operations at the Italy Milan location during the subscription period specified herein.
Any late payment on this Invoice shall accrue interest at the rate established by Article 1284 of the Italian Civil Code, plus a fixed compensation of 40 EUR per the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2002. Astronomer S.r.l. reserves the right to suspend services and access to the Astronomer platform in the event of non-payment beyond the due date stated above.
This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document under Italian fiscal regulations. In the event of any discrepancy, the client is requested to contact Astronomer S.r.l. within 15 business days of receipt. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
This Invoice has been issued in compliance with the Italian electronic invoicing system (Sistema di Interscambio — SdI) and the requirements of the Agenzia delle Entrate. The document is valid for tax deduction purposes under Articles 19 and 21 of DPR 633/1972 (Italian VAT Law).
