Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) days of the issue date. The total amount of ¥1,172,200 (One Million One Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Two Hundred Yen) shall be remitted via bank transfer to the Astronomer's designated account at Mizuho Bank, Meguro Branch, Tokyo, Japan. Account Name: Dr. Kenji Tanaka. Account Number: 201-9-48271-0. Please reference Invoice Number JPT-AST-2025-0472 in all correspondence and payment instructions. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service agreement between the Astronomer and the Tokyo Metropolitan Science Foundation.

This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Japanese Tax Code and the professional standards governing Astronomer services registered under the Japan Astronomical Society.
