Payment Terms

5% discount applies if payment is received within 14 days.

Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement (Contract No: KAS-2025-AST-012) between Stellar Sciences Consulting LLC and the Kuwait Astronomical Society, both operating within Kuwait Kuwait City.
- The Astronomer, Dr. Khalid Al-Rashid, shall perform all professional duties with the highest standard of scientific accuracy and ethical conduct, in full compliance with Kuwaiti regulations governing scientific research and public gatherings.
- All deliverables, including the light pollution research report and educational materials, shall remain the intellectual property of the Kuwait Astronomical Society upon full payment of this Invoice.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties prior to execution. Additional services rendered beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- The Astronomer reserves the right to reschedule observation events due to adverse weather conditions or astronomical visibility constraints, with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice to the client.

This Invoice represents the professional services rendered by the Astronomer, Dr. Khalid Al-Rashid, to the Kuwait Astronomical Society for the period specified above. All services were conducted at or in support of facilities located in Kuwait Kuwait City. The Astronomer confirms that all observations, data collections, and educational activities described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the approved project plan and the standards set forth by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education and the Kuwait Astronomical Society.
