Payment Instructions & Notes
Please remit payment of USD 56,499.00 (Fifty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Nine US Dollars) within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is to be made via international wire transfer to the Astronomer Technologies Pte. Ltd. account at DBS Bank, Singapore (SWIFT: DBSSSGSG, Account: 012-3456-789). All payments originating from Myanmar Yangon must include the Invoice number AST-MY-2025-00487 in the transfer reference field. Please note that any bank charges incurred on the sender's side in Myanmar Yangon are the responsibility of the client. Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by Astronomer Technologies Pte. Ltd. for professional services rendered to Myanmar Yangon Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. All services were performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated 12 January 2025 (Reference: MSA-AST-MY-2025-001).
- Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under Myanmar law, whichever is lower, calculated from the due date until the date of actual payment.
- All Astronomer software, documentation, plugins, and intellectual property delivered as part of this engagement remain the exclusive property of Astronomer Technologies Pte. Ltd. The client in Myanmar Yangon is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the delivered materials solely for internal business operations.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The governing law for this Invoice and all related services is the law of Singapore, with specific compliance obligations under Myanmar's Foreign Investment Law and tax regulations.
- Astronomer reserves the right to suspend ongoing services in Myanmar Yangon if payment is not received within fifteen (15) days past the due date. A written notice will be issued to the client's finance department in Myanmar Yangon prior to any service suspension.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the service period indicated. No additional charges will be incurred unless a formal change order is executed in writing by both parties.
