Terms and Conditions of this Invoice
- This invoice is issued by the undersigned Astronomer, Dr. Tenzin Norbu, operating under the Kathmandu Astronomical Research Institute, registered in Nepal. All services rendered are subject to the professional standards of the Nepali Astronomical Society.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Nepal's commercial transaction regulations.
- All astronomical observations, data sets, and research outputs referenced in this invoice remain the intellectual property of the Astronomer and the Kathmandu Astronomical Research Institute unless otherwise stated in a separate licensing agreement.
- The client acknowledges that certain astronomical services (e.g., meteor tracking, deep sky imaging) are weather-dependent. In the event of monsoon-related cancellations in Kathmandu, the Astronomer reserves the right to reschedule without financial penalty to either party.
- This invoice complies with the Income Tax Department of Nepal's e-invoicing guidelines and the Value Added Tax (VAT) Act of Nepal. A duplicate copy may be requested by contacting the Astronomer's administrative office in Kathmandu.
- Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through the Kathmandu District Court, Nepal, in accordance with Nepali commercial law.
