- This invoice is issued by Astronomer Observatory & Research Services B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 87654321, with its principal place of business at Keizersgracht 427, 1016 GC Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- All services described herein were performed by qualified Astronomer professionals in accordance with the service agreement dated 15 March 2025 (Contract No. AST-AMST-2025-003) between Astronomer B.V. and the Amsterdam Metropolitan Science Foundation.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate as defined under Article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), currently 8% per annum, plus a fixed compensation of €40 per late invoice as permitted under Dutch law.
- In the event of a dispute regarding this invoice, the parties agree that the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Dutch law.
- Astronomer B.V. reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received by the due date stated above. All intellectual property rights in the Astronomer technical reports and observational data remain with Astronomer B.V. unless explicitly transferred in writing.
- This invoice is subject to the Dutch VAT (BTW) regulations. The 21% VAT rate applied is the standard rate applicable in the Netherlands as of June 2025. Should the client be VAT-registered in the Netherlands, a reverse-charge mechanism may apply upon written request with a valid BTW number.
- All Astronomer services are performed in compliance with the Dutch Environmental Protection Act and applicable municipal regulations of the City of Amsterdam regarding public events, noise, and light pollution.
