1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) guidelines applicable to professional services rendered in Abuja, Nigeria. All amounts are denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to the prevailing tax regulations in the Federal Capital Territory.

3. The Astronomer reserves the right to issue a revised Invoice should any scope of work described herein be amended by mutual written agreement between the parties. Any additional astronomical observations, equipment upgrades, or consultancy engagements beyond the scope listed above will be invoiced separately.
4. All astronomical data, spectral analyses, and technical reports delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement. The Astronomer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and academic publications, subject to a thirty-day prior notice to the client.
5. Please quote the Invoice number AST-NGA-2025-0047 on all correspondence and remittance advices to ensure proper reconciliation of this Invoice within the client's accounts payable system.
