Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by a certified Astronomer registered with the Pakistan Astronomical Society, Islamabad Chapter. All services rendered comply with the standards set by the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR).
2. The Astronomer reserves the right to withhold final data deliverables until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed in the designated bank account in Islamabad, Pakistan.
3. All astronomical data, spectroscopic readings, and research outputs generated under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the client institution, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
4. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Astronomer reserves the right to revise rates based on current market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Islamabad Commercial Court in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
6. The Astronomer confirms that all services were performed in full compliance with environmental and safety regulations of the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) government.
