Payment & Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Astronomer Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd., Pakistan Karachi, in accordance with the signed service agreement (Contract No: AST-KHI-2025-0031) dated 28 March 2025. All services described herein were performed at the client's designated site within the jurisdiction of Pakistan Karachi, Sindh Province.
Payment is to be made via bank transfer to Astronomer's designated account at HBL, Clifton Branch, Pakistan Karachi (IBAN: PK36 HBLA 0012 3456 7890 1234). Please reference Invoice number AST-2025-KHI-00487 in your remittance advice.
A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date of 30 June 2025, in compliance with the terms stipulated in the master service agreement between Astronomer and the client.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments will be generated by the Astronomer billing department in Pakistan Karachi.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for all Astronomer services rendered during the billing period. The client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of all deliverables listed above.
2. All Astronomer intellectual property, including proprietary algorithms, software code, and technical documentation, remains the exclusive property of Astronomer Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. No third-party distribution is permitted without written consent.
3. The Astronomer StellarNav Pro software license is non-transferable and restricted to the named client entity operating within Pakistan Karachi. Unauthorized use or replication will result in immediate termination of the license and legal action under the Pakistan Copyright Ordinance 1962.
4. Astronomer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Astronomer equipment or services. Total liability under this Invoice and associated contract shall not exceed the total amount invoiced.
5. All disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1940 of Pakistan. The governing law shall be the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
6. Astronomer reserves the right to suspend ongoing services and maintenance support in Pakistan Karachi in the event of payment default exceeding 30 days from the due date specified on this Invoice.
