Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT) of Peru. All amounts are expressed in Peruvian Soles (PEN). The IGV (Impuesto General a las Ventas) of 18% has been applied as required for professional services rendered within the territory of Peru Lima.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Please remit payment via bank transfer to: Banco de Crédito del Perú, CCI: 002-123-45678901-2-34, Account Holder: Dr. Alejandro Quispe Mamani, RUC 20604873912. Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-PL-0847 in your transfer memo.
3. The astronomer confirms that all field observations and data analyses described in this invoice were conducted in full compliance with the ethical guidelines of the International Astronomical Union (IAU) and the local regulations governing astronomical research in Peru. All raw data and processed results have been delivered to the client in the agreed-upon digital format.
4. Should the client require additional astronomical consulting, follow-up observations, or further educational sessions in Peru Lima, a separate quotation will be issued. The astronomer is available for ongoing retainer arrangements and can be reached at the contact details provided above.
5. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month of delay, in accordance with Peruvian commercial law. This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue.
