- This invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial regulations of the State of Qatar and the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) guidelines for professional services billing.
- The astronomer services described herein were performed exclusively within the jurisdiction of Doha, Qatar, and all deliverables are subject to the intellectual property provisions of the Qatar Intellectual Property Law (Law No. 18 of 2014).
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the master service agreement between the parties.
- All astronomical data, observations, and reports generated by the astronomer during this engagement remain the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. The astronomer retains the right to publish anonymized findings in peer-reviewed journals.
- This invoice constitutes a final and complete statement of charges for the services rendered during the period of 2 June 2025 through 12 June 2025. No additional fees shall be incurred beyond the amounts listed above.
- For any disputes arising from this invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law.
