1. This Invoice represents the final and complete billing for all Astronomer services rendered in Russia Saint Petersburg during the period of 1 March 2025 through 31 May 2025. No additional charges shall apply beyond the amounts specified herein.
2. All astronomical data, observation records, and reports delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Astronomer, Dr. Alexander V. Petrov, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client in Russia Saint Petersburg is granted a non-exclusive license for academic and educational use.
3. Late payments on this Invoice shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per calendar day of delay, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation applicable in Russia Saint Petersburg.
