Terms and Conditions
- This invoice is issued by Astronomer Data Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a registered company in South Africa, for services rendered in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this invoice. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the National Credit Act of South Africa.
- All Astronomer platform services described herein are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 March 2025 between the parties.
- The Astronomer Enterprise Platform subscription is non-refundable once the annual billing cycle has commenced. Unused compute credits will not be carried over to subsequent billing periods.
- All data processed through the Astronomer platform in South Africa, Cape Town shall be handled in strict compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
- Professional services and training engagements are subject to a minimum 14-day cancellation notice. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled date will incur a 50% fee.
- This invoice constitutes a tax document for South African VAT purposes. The supplier is registered for VAT with the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
- Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa, and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
