Notes & Terms of Service
Astronomer Technologies Ltd is a registered technology and scientific consulting firm headquartered in Tanzania Dar es Salaam, specializing in satellite-based observation systems, atmospheric data analytics, and marine environmental monitoring solutions. This Invoice represents the final billing for the first contract period under the Coastal Satellite Observation Platform project.
All services rendered by Astronomer under this Invoice have been performed in full compliance with the Tanzanian Standards and Quality Control Board (TBS) guidelines and the Tanzania Dar es Salaam municipal operational permits. The Astronomer platform and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Astronomer Technologies Ltd unless otherwise stated in the master service agreement.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Tanzania Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap. 20 of the Laws of Tanzania. This Invoice is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, Astronomer Technologies Ltd reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable adjustments.
