Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Astronomer Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. for professional services rendered in Thailand Bangkok during the service period specified above. All services were performed in accordance with the terms outlined in Contract Reference CTR-AST-THB-2025-019.
The total amount due on this Invoice is One Million One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Baht (THB 1,185,450.00) inclusive of 7% Value Added Tax as mandated by the Revenue Department of Thailand. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the Astronomer account details listed above.
Please reference Invoice Number AST-THB-2025-00472 in all correspondence and remittance advices. A copy of this Invoice has been filed with the Astronomer Thailand Bangkok accounting department and is available for tax audit purposes upon request.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
2. Late payments on this Invoice shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Thai law, whichever is lower, calculated from the due date until full settlement.
3. Astronomer Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. reserves the right to suspend services associated with this Invoice if payment is not received within fifteen (15) days past the due date.
4. All intellectual property, data outputs, and proprietary Astronomer software components referenced in this Invoice remain the exclusive property of Astronomer. The client is granted a limited, non-transferable license for internal use only.
5. This Invoice is valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, Astronomer reserves the right to reissue or adjust the Invoice in accordance with applicable Thai tax regulations.
