Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the regulations of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Finance. All Astronomer services rendered in Turkey Ankara are subject to the applicable VAT rate of 20% as stipulated under the Value Added Tax Law (KDV Kanunu No. 3065).
2. The Astronomer, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kaya, holds a valid professional license issued by the Turkish Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. All deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been completed and accepted by the client prior to the Invoice date.
3. Payment is due within 15 calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate determined by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası) for the Ankara region.
4. This Invoice constitutes the final settlement for all Astronomer services performed during the period of 01 May 2025 through 31 May 2025 in Turkey Ankara. No additional charges shall apply unless a supplementary Invoice is mutually agreed upon in writing.
5. The client acknowledges that all intellectual property, data sets, and research outputs generated by the Astronomer during the engagement period remain the joint property of both parties, as outlined in the Master Service Agreement dated 12 January 2025, executed in Ankara, Turkey Ankara.
6. For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the competent courts of Ankara, Turkey Ankara shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The parties agree to attempt mediation through the Ankara Chamber of Commerce before initiating any legal proceedings.
