Due Date: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge as per the master service agreement.
Currency: All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). The Turkey Istanbul client may settle in Turkish Lira (TRY) at the Central Bank of Turkey (TCMB) reference exchange rate on the date of payment.
Notes & Important Information Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice covers the complete Astronomer platform engagement for Meridyen Data Solutions A.Ş., based in Turkey Istanbul. All Astronomer services described herein are subject to the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated March 1, 2025, executed between Astronomer, Inc. and the client entity registered in Turkey Istanbul.
The Astronomer platform license grants the client unlimited DAG execution, up to 50 concurrent users, and access to all Astronomer core modules including the development environment, production orchestration, and monitoring dashboards. The dedicated cloud instance is provisioned in a region that minimizes network latency for Turkey Istanbul operations, ensuring sub-50ms round-trip times for all Astronomer API calls.
The on-site training conducted in Turkey Istanbul includes three full-day workshops covering: (1) Astronomer platform architecture and best practices, (2) Advanced Airflow DAG design patterns within the Astronomer environment, and (3) DevOps integration including Git-based workflows, automated testing, and deployment pipelines. All training materials are provided in both English and Turkish to accommodate the Turkey Istanbul team.
Tax obligations: The 20% Value Added Tax (KDV) and 5% Service Tax are applied in accordance with Turkish tax regulations for services consumed in Turkey Istanbul. The client is responsible for any additional withholding tax obligations under Turkish law. Astronomer, Inc. is registered for cross-border service provision and this Invoice complies with the relevant provisions of the Turkish Tax Procedure Law (Vergi Usul Kanunu).
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received by the due date, Astronomer reserves the right to suspend access to the Astronomer platform services for the Turkey Istanbul deployment until the outstanding balance is settled in full. No part of this Invoice may be transferred or assigned without prior written consent from Astronomer, Inc.
