Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by Astronomer Professional Services LLC, a company duly registered and operating in United Arab Emirates Dubai under the jurisdiction of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
- All services described in this Invoice were rendered by qualified Astronomer personnel in accordance with the master service agreement (Contract No. ANR-AST-2025-011) executed between the parties on 1 February 2025.
- Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 5% has been applied in compliance with the Federal Tax Authority regulations of the United Arab Emirates. The client's VAT registration number has been recorded on this Invoice for the purpose of input tax credit claims.
- Overdue payments on this Invoice shall attract a late payment interest charge of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date until the date of full settlement, in accordance with the terms of the governing contract.
- All intellectual property, data sets, and reports generated under this engagement remain the exclusive property of Astronomer Professional Services LLC unless otherwise stated in the master service agreement. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for internal research purposes within United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, Astronomer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated pricing if applicable.
