Terms and Conditions1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 20 May 2025 between the Astronomer (Dr. Aziz Karimov) and the Client (Uzbekistan Tashkent University of Information Technologies). All services described herein were performed in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
2. The total amount stated in this Invoice is inclusive of 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A 2% early payment discount has been applied as per the contractual terms.
3. Payment must be received by 30 June 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date until full settlement.
4. The Astronomer warrants that all services rendered were performed with professional diligence and in compliance with the standards of the Uzbekistan Tashkent astronomical research community. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Tashkent Arbitration Court.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Client must request a reissued Invoice to maintain accounting compliance under Uzbek tax regulations.
6. All intellectual property, including the technical report and workshop materials produced by the Astronomer, shall remain the property of the Astronomer unless otherwise stated in the master Service Agreement.
NotesThis Invoice confirms that all professional Astronomer services listed above were successfully completed and accepted by the Client's representative, Prof. Gulnara Yusupova, on 14 June 2025. The Client has signed the acceptance certificate (Ref: AC-2025-0047) confirming satisfactory delivery of all deliverables in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
