Important Notes and Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued by Astronomer Data Engineering Solutions, C.A., a legally registered company in Venezuela, operating from its principal office in Caracas. All services described herein were rendered in compliance with Venezuelan commercial and tax regulations.
2. Payment for this Invoice must be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments will be subject to a monthly interest rate of 1.5% as stipulated in the service agreement between Astronomer and the client.
3. All amounts are expressed in Bolívares Soberanos (VES) at the official exchange rate published by the Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV) on the date of this Invoice. In the event of significant currency fluctuation, Astronomer reserves the right to adjust future Invoice amounts accordingly.
4. The IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado) of 16% has been applied in accordance with the Venezuelan tax code. The withholding tax of 5% has been deducted as required for services rendered by a Venezuelan legal entity to another Venezuelan entity.

6. This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document for accounting and tax purposes in Venezuela. A copy of the signed Invoice should be retained by the client for a minimum period of ten (10) years as per Venezuelan commercial law.
