Payment Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, as per the payment terms agreed upon between Astronomer Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. and the client. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Astronomer account at Vietcombank – Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Branch, Account Number 0081001234567, SWIFT Code: ICBVVNVX. Please reference the Invoice number AST-2025-04871 in all payment communications. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as stipulated under Vietnamese commercial law applicable in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Astronomer Technology Solutions Co., Ltd., a registered entity operating in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, in accordance with the Decree 123/2020/ND-CP on electronic invoicing in Vietnam.
2. All services described in this Invoice were rendered at the Astronomer office located in District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, or at the client's premises within the same metropolitan area.
3. The Astronomer Platform license is non-transferable and is bound to the client's organization registered in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. Any change of ownership requires written consent from Astronomer.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, Astronomer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated pricing.
5. In the event of any dispute regarding this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through negotiation at the Astronomer headquarters in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City before pursuing legal action under Vietnamese law.
6. Astronomer warrants that all deliverables listed in this Invoice comply with the technical specifications outlined in the master service agreement dated 12 March 2025.
