Payment Terms & Conditions
Full payment of USD 91,905.00 (Ninety-One Thousand Nine Hundred and Five United States Dollars) is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., on or before 14 July 2025. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Astronomer bank account details listed above, or by banker's draft drawn on any commercial bank operating in Harare, Zimbabwe.
A late payment penalty of 2.5% per month (or part thereof) shall be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the Zimbabwe Debt Collection Act (Chapter 25:05). All amounts are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) as agreed in the master service contract AST-MSA-2024-012.
Please quote the invoice number AST-2025-00387 and the reference ZW-HRE-2025-Q2-091 on all remittances to ensure proper reconciliation by the Astronomer accounts department in Harare.
Additional Notes
This invoice covers all services rendered by Astronomer Observatory & Research Services (Pvt) Ltd during the period of March 2025 through June 2025 at the Harare Highland Observatory and associated Zimbabwe field sites. All equipment supplied is covered under a standard two-year warranty from the date of installation, with on-site support available within the Harare metropolitan area and a 48-hour response time for all other locations within Zimbabwe.
The Astronomer Sentinel v3.2 software module is licensed exclusively to the University of Zimbabwe for a period of three (3) years. Renewal terms and pricing will be communicated separately prior to expiry. All intellectual property related to the custom software remains the property of Astronomer, with a non-exclusive, non-transferable usage licence granted to the client.
Should you require a duplicate copy of this invoice or wish to dispute any line item, please contact the Astronomer billing office in Harare within fourteen (14) days of the issue date. Disputes raised after this period will be subject to a reprocessing fee of USD 150.00.
Astronomer is a registered company in Zimbabwe under the Companies and Other Business Entities Act (Chapter 24:31) and is fully compliant with all Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZRA) tax obligations, including Value Added Tax (VAT) and Withholding Tax remittances.
