This invoice represents the full and final billing for the independent external audit engagement performed by Coastal Pacific Audit & Advisory LLP for Northwest Timber Holdings Inc. for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. All audit procedures were conducted in accordance with Canadian Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and the International Standards on Auditing (ISA) as adopted by CPA Canada.
- The auditor's report and management letter will be delivered separately within five (5) business days of the final fieldwork completion date.
- All workpapers and audit documentation are retained by the auditor for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) record-keeping requirements.
- This invoice is subject to the terms of the signed Engagement Letter dated December 15, 2024, executed in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
- Any disputes regarding this invoice must be raised in writing within fifteen (15) business days of the due date. Unresolved disputes will be handled per the arbitration clause governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
