Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Beijing Capital Audit & Advisory Firm Co., Ltd. as detailed above. The Auditor firm requests that the client reference the Invoice number BCAA-2025-04187 in the remittance remarks. A late payment penalty of 0.05% per calendar day shall apply to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with the engagement contract signed in Beijing on 28 March 2025. All amounts are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY / RMB). The Auditor reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment remains overdue beyond fifteen (15) days past the due date.
Important Notes & Regulatory Compliance
1. This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Invoices of the People's Republic of China (State Taxation Administration Order No. 48) and the relevant electronic invoice regulations effective in Beijing since 2021. A corresponding electronic fapiao (VAT invoice) has been registered in the Beijing Municipal Tax Service platform and is available for download via the client's tax portal.
2. The Auditor services described herein were performed in strict compliance with the Chinese Certified Public Accountants Law, the China Standards on Auditing (CSA), and the professional ethics code issued by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of China (CICPA). The lead Auditor, Li Minghua, holds a valid practicing certificate issued by the Beijing Institute of CPAs.
3. All audit working papers, the Auditor's report, and supporting documentation generated during the engagement in China Beijing shall be retained by the firm for a minimum period of ten (10) years as mandated by the Ministry of Finance. The client is entitled to request a copy of the final Auditor's report within five (5) business days of completion.
4. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional services rendered. It does not constitute a guarantee of audit outcomes. The Auditor's opinion, as expressed in the final audit report, is subject to the standard qualifications and limitations set forth in the engagement letter. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission in accordance with its rules of procedure.
5. The client acknowledges that the Auditor firm has fulfilled all confidentiality obligations under the engagement contract and that no material non-compliance has been identified that would require immediate regulatory reporting to the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation or the State Taxation Administration.
