Terms, Conditions & Legal Notice
- Payment Terms: Payment of the full invoice amount of €75,565.00 is due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA-Überweisung) to the IBAN specified above. Please reference the invoice number INV-2025-MUC-00487 in the payment transfer.
- Late Payment: In the event of delayed payment, interest at the statutory rate of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank (ECB) reference rate per annum shall apply, in accordance with §288 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Additionally, a flat fee of €40.00 for dunning costs (Mahnkosten) will be charged per §288 Abs. 5 BGB.

- Professional Independence: AlpenAudit GmbH confirms that the auditor and all team members assigned to this engagement maintained full professional independence and objectivity throughout the audit period, as required by §5 WPO and the EU Audit Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 537/2014).
- Confidentiality: All financial data, trade secrets, and proprietary information of Bavarian Industrial Holdings AG accessed during the audit engagement in Munich are subject to strict professional confidentiality obligations under §43a WPO and the German Data Protection Act (BDSG). No information shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This invoice and all related audit services are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying audit engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Bavaria, Germany (Landgericht München I).
