Payment Terms & Important Notes
This Invoice is issued by Al-Rafidain Audit & Advisory Firm, a licensed Auditor practice registered and operating in Iraq Baghdad, in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Iraqi Board of Accountants and Auditors (IBAA). The services described herein were rendered by qualified and certified Auditors who hold valid professional licenses issued by the relevant Iraqi authorities.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue via bank transfer to the account specified above. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Iraqi commercial law.
- All audit working papers, the Auditor's report, and supporting documentation will be delivered in both Arabic and English to the client's registered office in Iraq Baghdad within ten (10) business days of the final fieldwork completion.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. Any disputes regarding the scope of Auditor services must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
- The Auditor reserves the right to withhold the final opinion letter until full settlement of all amounts stated on this Invoice, in compliance with Iraqi professional ethics standards.
- All services were performed in strict compliance with the Iraqi Companies Law, the Iraqi Tax Code, and the professional standards of the Iraqi Board of Accountants and Auditors, Baghdad Chapter.
