Notes and Terms of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued by the Auditor, Studio Finanziario Lombardo S.r.l., a registered audit firm operating in Milan, Italy, in accordance with the professional standards established by the Italian Institute of Chartered Accountants (OIC) and the European Union Audit Regulation (EU) No. 537/2014.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Bank of Italy (Banca d'Italia) pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002.
3. All audit services described in this Invoice were performed in Milan, Italy, and are subject to Italian professional liability law. The Auditor's professional indemnity insurance is maintained with a coverage of € 5,000,000 per claim.
4. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document for tax purposes in Italy. The client is requested to retain this Invoice for a minimum period of ten (10) years in compliance with Italian tax record-keeping requirements.
