Payment Terms & Notes
- This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the European Central Bank plus eight percentage points, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002.
- The Auditor services described in this Invoice have been performed in strict compliance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA) as adopted in Italy, and the professional code of ethics issued by the Italian National Audit Council (Organismo Nazionale di Controllo).
- All work related to this Invoice was conducted at the Auditor's office located in the historic center of Italy Rome, as well as at the client's premises in the EUR district. Travel and accommodation expenses within the Rome metropolitan area are included in the hourly rates.
- Should any dispute arise regarding the scope or quality of the Auditor services rendered, both parties agree to submit the matter to the competent commercial court of Rome (Tribunale di Roma) as the exclusive jurisdictional venue.
