All services described herein were performed in strict accordance with the Japan Institute of Certified Public Accountants (JICPA) standards and the professional code of ethics governing Auditors operating in Japan Kyoto.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japanese commercial law.
- The Auditor reserves the right to issue a supplementary Invoice should additional fieldwork or document requests arise from the Japan Kyoto regulatory authorities during the finalization of the audit opinion.
