This Invoice is issued by Meridian Audit & Advisory LLP, a licensed Auditor firm registered with the Professional Regulatory Authority (PRA) of Kenya, operating from its principal office in Kenya Nairobi. All audit procedures were performed in strict compliance with the ICPAK Code of Ethics and International Standards on Auditing.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as stipulated in the engagement letter.
- The Auditor's report and all working papers remain the intellectual property of Meridian Audit & Advisory LLP. A copy of the final Auditor's report has been delivered to the client's Board of Directors.
- This Invoice is subject to the terms outlined in the signed Engagement Letter dated 20 February 2025. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya Nairobi under the Arbitration Act, 1995.
- The Auditor confirms that no material misstatements were identified during the audit period. Minor observations are detailed in the accompanying Management Letter (Ref: ML/SHL/2025/003).
- Withholding tax of 5% has been deducted at source in accordance with Section 3(1) of the Income Tax Act, Cap 470, and will be remitted to KRA by the client within the prescribed period.
