- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional engagement agreement signed between the Auditor firm and the client on 01 January 2025.
- All services rendered by the Auditor are subject to the standards set by the Nepal Chartered Accountants Institute (NCAI) and the International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- The Auditor's opinion and findings contained in the final report are confidential and intended solely for the use of the management and board of Himalayan Textiles Pvt. Ltd.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be resolved through arbitration in Nepal Kathmandu under the Nepal Arbitration Act, 2055.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Auditor reserves the right to revise fees based on prevailing market rates in Nepal.
- All amounts are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). No foreign currency transactions are applicable to this engagement.
- The Auditor shall not be held liable for any consequential losses arising from decisions made by the client based on the audit findings.
