Notes Regarding This Invoice and Auditor Engagement
This invoice is issued by Meridian Audit & Assurance Ltd in its capacity as the independent external auditor engaged by Harbourview Logistics Group Ltd for the financial year ending 31 March 2025. All audit procedures were conducted in accordance with New Zealand Standards on Auditing (NZSA) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA) as adopted in New Zealand. The auditor's work was performed primarily in Auckland, New Zealand, with fieldwork conducted at the client's registered office on Queen Street and its distribution facilities in Takanini and Wynyard Quarter. Terms and Conditions
- Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date via bank transfer to: ANZ Bank, Account Name: Meridian Audit & Assurance Ltd, Account No: 01-0425-06789123-001, Auckland, New Zealand.
- A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) will apply to overdue balances.
- This invoice is subject to the terms of the Audit Engagement Letter dated 28 February 2025, which forms part of this invoice document.
- The auditor's independence and objectivity are maintained in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants issued by the Institute of Professional Accountants, New Zealand.
- All services described in this invoice were performed in Auckland, New Zealand, and are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Auckland.
