2. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Nigerian commercial law.

6. The Auditor reserves the right to issue a supplementary invoice should additional fieldwork or extended review be required beyond the scope originally agreed upon in the engagement letter dated 01 March 2025.
