Notes & Terms of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the engagement letter dated 10 December 2024 between Meridian Audit & Advisory Ltd. (the Auditor) and Zenith Industrial Holdings Plc. (the Client).
- All audit procedures were conducted in strict compliance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC) guidelines applicable to engagements in Nigeria Lagos.
- The Auditor's opinion and all supporting documentation referenced in this Invoice are confidential and intended solely for the use of the Client's Board of Directors and regulatory authorities.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated in the engagement contract.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Auditor reserves the right to reissue or adjust the amounts to reflect prevailing exchange rates and cost-of-living adjustments in Nigeria Lagos.
- All figures are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN). The Auditor's firm is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a valid Certificate of Practice for the 2025/2026 financial year.
