Terms, Conditions & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Al-Madina Audit & Advisory Services (Pvt.) Ltd., a registered firm of Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditors operating in Pakistan Islamabad, in accordance with the engagement letter dated 20 December 2024 (Ref: EL-PSI-2024-112). The Auditor services described herein were performed in full compliance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA) adapted for Pakistan, the Companies Act 2017, and the regulations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
- Payment Due: The full amount of PKR 1,279,160.00 is due within 15 calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the engagement terms.
- Payment Method: Please remit payment via bank transfer to: Meezan Bank, Blue Area Branch, Islamabad, Pakistan. Account Name: Al-Madina Audit & Advisory Services (Pvt.) Ltd. IBAN: PK00MEZN00001234567890123. Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-0847 in your remittance advice.
- Tax Compliance: The GST of 18% has been applied as mandated by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for services rendered in Pakistan Islamabad. The withholding tax of 5% has been deducted at source as per Section 149 of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. The client is requested to deposit the withheld amount with the FBR Islamabad office within the prescribed timeline.
- Dispute Resolution: Any discrepancies regarding this Invoice or the Auditor services rendered must be communicated in writing within 7 working days of receipt. Matters unresolved shall be referred to the ICAP dispute resolution mechanism in Islamabad, Pakistan.
- Confidentiality: All financial data, working papers, and audit findings shared during this engagement are subject to strict confidentiality as outlined in the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed between both parties. The Auditor shall not disclose any client information to third parties without written consent.
- Regulatory Compliance: This Invoice and the associated audit engagement are subject to the oversight of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SEC) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Islamabad. The Auditor's report will be filed with the relevant regulatory authorities as required under Pakistani law.
