Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025, making the final due date 15 July 2025.
- Payment is to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account detailed below. Please quote the Invoice number INV-2025-0487 as your payment reference.
- Should payment not be received by the due date, interest will accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Late Payment of Interest Act 3 of 2015 (South Africa).
- The Auditor reserves the right to suspend all ongoing and future audit services until the outstanding balance on this Invoice is settled in full.
- All services rendered by the Auditor are subject to the professional standards of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and the Code of Professional Conduct for Chartered Accountants.
- This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document. Any disputes regarding the scope of work or fees must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice date.
