Payment Terms & Important Notes
This invoice is issued by Madrid Audit & Compliance Group S.L., a registered firm of Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditors operating in Madrid, Spain. All audit services described herein were performed in strict compliance with the Spanish Audit Law (Ley 22/2015, de 20 de julio, de Auditoría de Cuentas) and the professional standards established by the ICAC.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332 (Banco Santander, Madrid, Spain). Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-MAD-0487 in the transfer description.
- Payment Deadline: Full payment is due within 30 calendar days from the issue date, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Late Payment Directive (Ley 3/2004).
- Tax Information: The 21% IVA (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido) applied is the standard VAT rate in Spain. This invoice is issued in accordance with the Spanish VAT regulations (Ley 37/1992) and the applicable Madrid regional provisions.
- Auditor's Independence: The Auditor confirms that all services rendered were performed with full independence and objectivity, in accordance with the ethical standards of the ICAC and the Spanish Code of Ethics for Auditors.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the audit engagement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.
- Document Retention: In accordance with Spanish tax law (Ley 58/2003, General Tax Law), this invoice and all supporting documentation must be retained for a minimum of four (4) years from the date of issue.
This invoice constitutes the final billing for the audit engagement described above. No additional charges will be incurred unless a formal amendment to the engagement letter is executed in writing by both parties. The Auditor's Report and all working papers remain the property of Madrid Audit & Compliance Group S.L. and will be made available to the client upon request in compliance with Spanish data protection regulations (RGPD / Ley Orgánica 3/2018).
