This Invoice must be settled within 15 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as stipulated in the service agreement between the Auditor and the client.
Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement No. SAG-2025-0112 signed on 20 April 2025 between SaiGon Audit & Advisory Co., Ltd. (the Auditor) and Phuoc An Manufacturing JSC (the Client).
2. All Auditor services described herein were performed in full compliance with the Vietnamese Accounting Law (Law No. 88/2015/QH13) and the Auditing Standards of Vietnam (VAS) as enforced in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
3. The Auditor reserves the right to issue a supplementary Invoice should additional procedures be required to complete the audit engagement. Any such supplementary Invoice will be communicated in writing within 5 business days.
4. The audit report referenced in Line Item 4 will be delivered in both hard copy (3 originals) and electronic PDF format to the client's registered office in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City within 10 business days of the final fieldwork completion.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Auditor reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated terms.
6. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Arbitration Center of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with Vietnamese commercial law.
