This Invoice is issued by Brisbane Baker & Artisan Bakery Pty Ltd, a registered baker and food producer operating from Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. All goods listed on this Invoice have been prepared, baked, and quality-checked by our in-house team of licensed Bakers in accordance with the Australian Food Standards Code (FSANZ) and Queensland Health regulations.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 2% per month as per Australian commercial practice.
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% as mandated by the Australian Taxation Office.
- Perishable goods must be collected or delivered within 48 hours of the Invoice date to ensure optimal freshness. Our Baker team guarantees that all bread, pastry, and cake items are baked on the morning of delivery.
- Custom orders (Items 03 and 08) are non-refundable once production has commenced. The Baker reserves the right to make minor aesthetic adjustments to custom cakes while maintaining the agreed design specifications.
- Delivery is limited to the Brisbane metropolitan area and the Sunshine Coast region. For deliveries outside this zone, additional freight charges will apply and must be approved in writing prior to dispatch.
- This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between Brisbane Baker & Artisan Bakery Pty Ltd and the client named above. Any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.
