Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Golden Crust Baker, a registered artisan bakery operating in Australia Sydney, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST as required by the Australian Taxation Office.
2. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law. Please reference Invoice number GC-2025-0487 with all correspondence and remittances.
3. All baked goods listed on this Invoice were prepared by our qualified baker team at our licensed premises in Surry Hills, Australia Sydney, in compliance with NSW Food Authority regulations and Safe Food Australia standards. All allergen information has been provided separately in writing.
4. Cancellations or modifications to this order must be communicated to our baker's office no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the delivery date. A 25% cancellation fee applies to orders cancelled within the 72-hour window.
5. This Invoice constitutes a tax invoice for GST purposes. If you require a revised or corrected Invoice, please contact our accounts department in Australia Sydney within thirty (30) days of the issue date.
6. Golden Crust Baker reserves the right to substitute any ingredient sourced from local Australia Sydney suppliers if the original item is unavailable, provided the substitution is of equal or greater quality and value.
