Invoice Notes – Baker, China Shanghai
This Invoice is issued by Baker Artisan Bakery & Patisserie Co., Ltd., a registered enterprise operating in China Shanghai under the jurisdiction of the Huangpu District Market Supervision Administration. Terms & Conditions – Baker Invoice, China Shanghai
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding commercial document between Baker Artisan Bakery & Patisserie Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Baker") and the billed party, governed by the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and applicable Shanghai municipal commercial regulations.
2. All prices stated in this Invoice are in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and include applicable packaging costs. Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard 13% rate applicable in China Shanghai is calculated separately as shown above.
3. Baker warrants that all goods supplied under this Invoice are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 48 hours from the date of delivery in Shanghai.
4. Title and risk of loss for all items on this Invoice pass to the buyer upon confirmed delivery at the designated Shanghai address. Baker's liability is limited to the total value of this Invoice.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through negotiation first, followed by arbitration at the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure.
6. Baker's intellectual property, including all product names, recipes, and branding referenced in this Invoice, remains the exclusive property of Baker Artisan Bakery & Patisserie Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written consent.
