Invoice Terms, Conditions & Baker's Notes
1. Payment: The total amount of this Invoice, 135,628.80 EGP, is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Alexandria Artisan Baker Co., Bank of Alexandria, Branch: El-Montaza, Account No. 4471-8823-0091, SWIFT: ALEXEGCA. A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025.
2. Baking Quality Guarantee: As a licensed Baker operating under the Egypt Alexandria Municipal Food Safety Authority (License No. EGA-FSA-2025-00342), we guarantee that all bread, pastries, and baked goods listed on this Invoice were produced in a HACCP-certified kitchen. Any product found to be below the agreed quality standard upon delivery may be returned within 24 hours for a full replacement or credit on a subsequent Invoice.
3. Delivery Scope: All deliveries referenced in this Invoice were made within the administrative boundaries of Egypt Alexandria, including the districts of El-Montaza, El-Ramla, El-Asbhar, and El-Darb El-Ahmar. No additional charges apply for deliveries within these zones. For future orders requiring delivery to other governorates, a separate surcharge will be itemized on the applicable Invoice.
4. Custom Orders & Baker Consultation: The custom wedding cake and gluten-free bread items listed above were developed through a dedicated consultation between our head Baker and the client's culinary team. Any modifications to these bespoke items after the production schedule has been confirmed will be subject to a revised Invoice and additional charges as mutually agreed in writing.
5. Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Egyptian Tax Authority regulations applicable to the Egypt Alexandria jurisdiction. The VAT number and tax registration details are printed in the header of this document. A digital copy of this Invoice is available upon request via email for the client's accounting records.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the baking services rendered shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the Egypt Alexandria Commercial Court in accordance with Egyptian commercial law.
7. Acknowledgment: By accepting delivery of the goods and services described in this Invoice, the client acknowledges receipt and agrees to the terms stated herein.
