2. The Baker warrants that all products listed on this Invoice comply with French food safety regulations (Code de la Santé Publique) and EU food labeling standards applicable in France Paris.
3. Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account details provided by the Baker. Late payments on this Invoice shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with French commercial law.
