Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by Golden Crust Baker, a registered artisan bakery operating in Ghana Accra, and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
- Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated under Ghanaian commercial law.
- All baked goods listed on this Invoice are prepared fresh by our Baker team in our Ghana Accra production facility and must be consumed within the stated shelf-life period indicated on each product label.
- The Baker reserves the right to substitute any ingredient sourced from local Ghanaian suppliers if the original item is unavailable, provided the substitution does not alter the allergen profile of the product.
- Delivery within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area is included as per line item 07. Any delivery request outside the Accra city limits will be invoiced separately at a rate of GHS 15.00 per kilometre.
- All prices on this Invoice are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15% as determined by the Ghana Revenue Authority.
- Custom orders, including the wedding cakes referenced in line item 03, are non-refundable once the Baker has commenced production. A 50% deposit was received on 28 May 2025 and is applied against this Invoice total.
- This Invoice constitutes a binding commercial document. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana Accra.
- Golden Crust Baker is committed to sustainable sourcing. All flour, butter, and fruit used in this order are procured from verified suppliers within Ghana Accra and the surrounding Ashanti Region.
