Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in compliance with Italian tax regulations (DPR 633/1972) and the electronic invoicing requirements of the Agenzia delle Entrate. A digital copy of this Invoice has been transmitted via the Sistema di Interscambio (SdI).
2. All baked goods supplied by Forno Romano Baker are produced using traditional Roman recipes and locally sourced ingredients from the Lazio region. The Baker guarantees that all products meet the hygiene and safety standards set forth by the Italian Ministry of Health.
3. The custom wedding cake (Item 4) was designed in consultation with the client and reflects traditional Roman pastry artistry. A 50% deposit was received on 20 May 2025 and is accounted for in this Invoice.
4. Delivery within the Rome city centre (ZTL zone) is included as per Item 7. Any deliveries outside the municipal boundaries of Rome will be invoiced separately at a rate of €2.50 per kilometre.
5. The Baker reserves the right to substitute equivalent products in the event of ingredient unavailability, provided prior written notice is given to the client no fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
6. This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Baker reserves the right to reissue the document with updated pricing if applicable.
