Notes Regarding this Invoice
This Invoice has been issued by Baker's Artisan Workshop Co., Ltd., a registered bakery and patisserie business operating in Japan Osaka. All products listed on this Invoice were prepared, baked, and quality-inspected by our certified Baker team at our Japan Osaka production facility located in Dotonbori, Chuo-ku.

Terms and Conditions – Baker's Artisan Workshop, Japan Osaka
1. This Invoice is valid for payment within 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Japan's Late Payment Interest Act.
2. All bakery products referenced in this Invoice are perishable goods. The Baker's Artisan Workshop assumes no liability for products that have been stored improperly after delivery to the client's premises in Japan Osaka.
3. Cancellations or modifications to custom-ordered items (such as the wedding cake) must be communicated to our Baker's office in Japan Osaka no fewer than 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. A 50% cancellation fee applies to orders cancelled within 72 hours.
4. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under Japanese commercial law. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Osaka District Court, Japan Osaka.
5. Baker's Artisan Workshop reserves the right to substitute equivalent ingredients if primary suppliers in Japan Osaka experience temporary shortages, provided the final product quality and specifications remain unchanged.
6. All prices on this Invoice are denominated in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable Japan Osaka consumption tax at the standard rate of 10% as mandated by the National Tax Agency of Japan.
